Work out the numbers

The quiz picks a plan. These two free calculators on GHL Weekly, my HighLevel news site, put numbers on it:

Where the sources disagree

I use the HighLevel Help Center first. On October 30, 2026 the pricing page still called the $497 plan Agency Pro, while the Help Center calls it Founder. The pricing page also did not list the $20 AI Employee Starter plan. Yearly prices come from the pricing page, because the Help Center pricing guide lists monthly prices only.

Questions

01

Which GoHighLevel plan do I need for one business?

Usually Starter at $97 a month. It includes 3 sub-accounts with unlimited contacts and users. Move up only if you need API access, rebilling or more than 3 sub-accounts.

02

When is Unlimited worth $297 a month?

When you need a fourth sub-account, API access, a branded desktop app or rebilling of phone and email usage at cost. For most service agencies with a growing client list, that point comes quickly.

03

What does the $497 Founder plan add?

SaaS mode and the SaaS configurator, so clients can pay you for software under your brand, plus advanced API access, rebilling with a markup and AI Employee rebilling. HighLevel's pricing page still calls this plan Agency Pro.

04

Do I need to buy an AI plan?

Not for yourself. Agency admins and users get Ask AI and AI Studio free, subject to fair use. Sub-accounts pay for AI through pay-per-use or an AI Employee plan: Starter $20 (Founder agencies only), Growth $50 or Unlimited $97 per sub-account a month.

05

Is the quiz result a guarantee of what I will pay?

No. It is an estimate from published prices on the day shown. Phone, email and AI usage is billed on top, and HighLevel can change prices. Check the linked Help Center articles before you decide.
