  1. About these terms

    These terms cover your use of www.agencygrowthkit.com and the products sold on it. I operate this site and sell the products described here.

  2. Using the site

    You must be 18 or older and use the site lawfully. I may refuse service or cancel orders that break these terms.

  3. Digital products

    Snapshots are digital and delivered by link. Please review what's inside each one before purchasing. If something doesn't work as described, email hamid@agencygrowthkit.com and I'll make it right.

  4. Your licence

    Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to import the snapshot into sub-accounts you own and to sell the results to your clients. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the snapshot itself.

  5. Prices

    Prices and offers can change. I'll correct pricing errors when I find them.

  6. Accounts

    Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Give me accurate information and keep it up to date. I may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

  7. Intellectual property

    I own the site's content and the snapshots.

  8. Liability

    The site and products are provided as is. I don't promise the site will be uninterrupted or free of harmful code. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  9. Indemnity

    You agree to cover claims that come from your misuse of the site or the snapshots.

  10. Changes

    I may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the update.
