GoHighLevel for agencies, from the setup out.
I would pick the agency plan from the sub-account limit, not from the bonus list. Unlimited removes the cap of 3. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode and a 60-minute kickoff with me. The setup order is the same one I use for a new account.
I'm an independent affiliate. This site isn't run or endorsed by HighLevel.
I'm Hamid. A lot of the 2,500+ businesses and agencies I guided as a HighLevel CSM were trying to turn one login into a client delivery system. This page is how I would start GoHighLevel, or HighLevel, the same platform, if the buyer is an agency rather than a single local business.
I'm an independent affiliate. This site isn't run or endorsed by HighLevel. Nothing here promises you clients, a SaaS revenue number, or a white-label brand that sells itself. Sub-accounts do not create demand. They give each client a place to live once you have the work.
Why agencies look at it
The practical reasons are the ones on the plan cards, not a mood board.
- Sub-accounts, so client work can be separated. Starter includes 3. Unlimited and Agency Pro include unlimited sub-accounts.
- Rebilling. Unlimited includes rebilling at cost. Agency Pro includes rebilling with markup.
- API access. Basic on Unlimited, advanced on Agency Pro.
- SaaS Mode and automated sub-accounts on Agency Pro, if you want to offer the platform as your own product.
If none of those are the job, you may still use the CRM. You do not need to call yourself an agency to use Starter. I would only move up a plan when the limit is about to cost you a client home, or when markup and SaaS Mode are the actual offer.
Starter can hold a first few clients
Starter is described on this site as the plan for your own business, or your first few clients. Three sub-accounts is the number I will keep repeating, because it is the one that surprises people after they have sold the fourth engagement.
You can trial the delivery workflow on Starter. You can put your own brand in one sub-account and a pilot client in another. You should not sell a roster of sites against a cap of three. When that cap is close, Unlimited is the plan I would price. The figures are on the pricing page, and I am not adding a new one here.
Unlimited, for a working agency
Unlimited is the plan I describe as an agency building across multiple clients. HighLevel includes unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling at cost, and basic API access.
From me, if the account is attributed to my link, Unlimited includes everything in Starter, then the agency-stage items. After the first paid month that means 200+ websites and funnels, UnVault, and the white-label kit with a client onboarding kit. Ongoing, it includes the private community, a niche customisation tool, and a recorded ex-CSM account audit.
Read those stages slowly. The white-label kit is not in the Day 0 email. The recorded audit is not the same thing as the free audit form on this site. The free form is a request I answer by email. The recorded audit is a bonus for Unlimited and Agency Pro while the account stays active and attributed to me.
Agency Pro, when you mean SaaS
Agency Pro is for SaaS operators who want their own platform. HighLevel includes SaaS Mode, automated sub-accounts, rebilling with markup, and advanced API access. From me it includes everything in Unlimited, plus a white-label knowledge base and support system, a dashboard template, a 60-minute 1-on-1 kickoff, GHL SEO setup, and priority DM support.
The kickoff is one call. It is not a monthly private consulting retainer. I would use it to agree the SaaS shape: what the client sub-account contains, what you rebilled, what your support system will answer, and what you will leave on HighLevel's side. If you do not have that shape yet, Unlimited may be the honest plan while you deliver services by hand.
White label is a kit, not a brand
The white-label kit and the client onboarding kit are resources for delivering your own agency service. They do not name your agency, write your offer, or pick your niche. You still have to decide what you sell. I can help you see that more clearly on a call. I will not pretend a template is a positioning exercise.
What I would set up first
Agency accounts fail in the same three places as everyone else, plus one extra: they try to productize before one client account is boring and reliable.
- Create your agency account through the plan that matches the client count you actually have.
- Use my link if you want the 30-day trial and the Day 0 setup. The trial page is the timing. HighLevel's standard trial is still 14 if you go direct.
- Agree the done-for-you scope with me. For an agency I would rather set up one model sub-account well than five half-finished ones.
- Put one niche snapshot in that model account. Change the pipeline words to the words you use with clients.
- Define the client onboarding path: what they fill in, what you configure, and what 'live' means. The client onboarding kit, when your plan and stage include it, is a starting point for that path.
- Prepare A2P before you promise SMS to a client. Registration takes longer than a kickoff call. A2PReady builds the opt-in, policy and campaign-copy packet. It does not approve the campaign.
- Bring the model account to the weekly group call before you clone the pattern across clients.
The click-by-click version of that order, including what waits until the first paid month, is the onboarding guide. I split it out so this page can stay on the agency decision.
Websites and funnels, with the timing attached
Unlimited and Agency Pro include 200+ websites and funnels after the first paid month. During a trial I would not wait on that library to launch a pilot. Use the one niche snapshot and a clear enquiry path. The homepage gallery shows the kind of layout I mean, with live previews of portfolio examples. Those examples are starting points. They are not a claim that a particular file is guaranteed inventory, and they are not client case studies.
A bespoke site is a different purchase. Day 0 includes initial setup from me. It does not include a custom design project. That work lives on work.revgrow.app. Portfolio examples of implementation work are on portfolio.revgrow.app. I do not publish those service rates on this site.
How rebilling fits the choice
If you pay HighLevel for usage and you want to pass that usage through to a client at cost, that is the Unlimited rebilling line. If you want to charge a markup as part of a SaaS or a packaged offer, that is the Agency Pro line. I am not publishing the usage rates themselves. Some features have usage charges from HighLevel, and those amounts are not on this site. Do not build a client price list from a number I have not written down.
Also decide who supports the client. A white-label knowledge base and ticketing resources are on Agency Pro after the first paid month. They help you answer repeat questions. They do not hire a support team for you. If every client question still comes to your personal inbox, the tool is not the bottleneck. The offer is.
What I will not pretend
I will not pretend an agency plan fills your pipeline. Lead generation still needs an offer, a page, and a follow-up. The video libraries I include after the first paid month cover Paid Ads, SEO, Cold Email, Funnels and Lead Gen, plus Facebook groups, Reddit and GBP. They are lessons and starting points. They are not appointments on your calendar.
I will not pretend weekly coaching is private consulting. It is a group call. Agency Pro adds one 60-minute kickoff. If you want me inside the account building something specific beyond the agreed Day 0 scope, that is implementation work, scoped and paid separately.
I will not pretend you should leave another affiliate by cancelling. If HighLevel already attributed the account, ask their support whether it can move, and send me the confirmation. One bonus set per agency account. I check the dashboard before I send it.
A short path if you are starting this month
Count the clients you will actually onboard in the next month. If it is you plus one or two, Starter can carry the trial. If it is a roster, price Unlimited before you send proposals. If the product you sell is the platform itself, price Agency Pro and book the kickoff around a real SaaS outline, not around a logo.
Then use the link, forward the welcome email to hamid@revgrow.app, and spend the 30 days making one model account boring. Boring means a lead comes in, a person or a workflow responds, and you can explain the account to a client without opening twelve menus. That is the agency version of getting started.
Questions I answer on this page
01Which GoHighLevel plan should an agency start on?
If you only need a few client homes, Starter includes 3 sub-accounts. If each client needs a sub-account and you are past that cap, I would look at Unlimited. Choose Agency Pro when you want SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup, and the 60-minute kickoff.
02What do you set up for an agency?
Day 0 includes done-for-you onboarding. You and I agree the scope. I would rather finish one model sub-account than half-build several. The wider website library, white-label kit and recorded audit follow the plan and the stage in the bonus terms.
03Is the white-label kit included on day one?
No. The white-label kit and client onboarding kit are for Unlimited and Agency Pro after the first paid month. Day 0 is the starting setup, the kit and tutorials, one niche snapshot, and the weekly group call.
04Do you promise agency clients or SaaS revenue?
No. I do not promise earnings, customers, A2P approval, or a trial extension. Sub-accounts and snapshots are starting structure. They do not create demand.
05Can I move an existing agency account to your link?
If you upgrade through my eligible upgrade link, I can verify that upgrade and send the bonuses for the new plan. If another affiliate is already credited, HighLevel decides whether the account can be moved.
06Is coaching private for agencies?
The weekly call is a group call on every plan. Unlimited and Agency Pro also have a private community. The 1-on-1 is the 60-minute Agency Pro kickoff, not a standing private engagement.
